COOKING-LAB: EXPERIMENTAL KITCHEN FOR THE DESIGN OF FOOD PRODUCTS WITH HIGH ADDED VALUE USING OLIVE OIL OR COMPONENTS AS A HEALTHY INGREDIENT
What we offer:
Expertise in olive oil sector and design of high value food products with olive oil.
We offer advanced scientific and technological infrastructure and staff for conducting R&D&i projects (COOKING LAB).
Goal: to promote innovation of traditional cuisine, placing value on the Mediterranean diet and providing solutions to produce dishes that are part of the traditional recipes while preserving the original flavor.
