The Pastificio la fenice was founded in the year 1975 making high quality fresh and I.Q.F.frozen tipical Italian pasta.
Since the beginning of the activities, select the best raw materials for its production:
Altamura durum wheat flour, Parmiggiano Reggiano Dop, Italian fresch eggs, Pecorino Romano, Romagnola wheat flour certicicated ecc ecc.
Cheff Antonio Marzola and Cheff Vito D’addiego,parts of the famous association Pellegrino Artusi based in Ravenna, they have an important collaboration with the Pastificio, giving suggestions to maintain quality stable and always improving.
Due to the high quality of the final product the Pastificio La Fenice has an important role as supplier of the most important hotels, restaurants (HO.RE.CA. services) and markets; not only in its area but also in the major Italian cities.
