Our primary mission is to take advantage of our CNM technological facilities and its scientific and technical know-how to transform the innovation possibilities of micro-nano technologies into successful devices that can constitute the core elements of innovative food engineering systems and advanced applications.
Our contribution includes the development of new technologies and tools for the detection, identification, quantification, and monitoring of molecules, and bacteria of
food safety relevance.
We are developing a wide range of highly sensitive microbial Microsystems, designing real-time flow analyzers and detectors, and compact instruments for in situ and continuous monitoring of microbiological contaminants, such as toxicity, pathogen bacteria, etc. Similar devices are being adapted for improved industrial process control and biosafety purposes. We have several patents to present in terms of biomass, biofilms and bacteriophage monitoring.

Microbial microsystem for rapid microbiological diagnostic
What we offer:
We are offering a wide range of highly sensitive microbial Microsystems, designing real-time flow analyzers and detectors, and compact instruments for in situ and continuous monitoring of microbiological contaminants, such as toxicity, pathogen bacteria, etc.
These devices are being adapted for improved industrial process control and biosafety purposes. We have supply some diverse solutions to food and water companies in order to design a rapid method to monitor bacteria and other contaminants. We have patented 2 new fast methods to monitor both bacterial biomass and biofilms
formation procedures. Two more patents
about rapid detection methods of bacteriophages and its infection to bacteria
have been presented.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for collaboration in order to find new ways to find value both by industralising our products or by developing new instrumentation to offer solutions to bioanalytical problems in food and water industry.
We have two spin-offs able to help in both sens: to arrive to the market with real solutions into the diagnostics sector.
