Hiperbaric is a Spanish SME dedicated to the design, manufacture and commercialization of industrial High Pressure Processing (HPP) equipment for the food industry. The company offers a wide range of HPP equipment that allow cold pasteurization of food up to a maximum pressure of 6000 bar, being able to process from 0.2 ton/h up to 2.5 ton/h, depending on the capacity of the vessel. The company invests 5-10% of its turnover in R&D activities, being the motto of the company “Innovation through pressure”.

Our company has installed more than 75 industrial HPP machines (circa 50% of world machines currently in production), processing: meat, seafood & fish, fruits, vegetables, dairy products and pharma &cosmetics. Hiperbaric equipment provide a technological solution totally in line with the requirements of today’s food market: natural, fresh, safe and convenience foods.
